This site provides information about organizational consulting services offered by Arturo Reyes, LCSW, including systems architecture, AI governance, clinical operations and supervision systems, documentation and quality governance, program design, and advisory work.

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, financial, clinical, compliance, or regulatory advice, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

This site does not provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or individual clinical supervision, and no clinician–client relationship is created by using it, booking a consultation, or submitting an inquiry.

This site is not an emergency or crisis service and is not monitored for urgent messages. If you or someone else is in danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 911, or your local emergency number.

Consulting work supports practitioners, supervisors, and organizations. It does not substitute for licensed clinical judgment, clinical assessment, or the supervision required by your jurisdiction, licensing board, payer, or accrediting body. Your organization remains responsible for clinical decisions, regulatory compliance, and final review of any system or policy implemented.

The inquiry form and booking notes are general business channels. Do not submit protected health information, patient or client identifiers, or confidential records through them. Handling of sensitive information is arranged separately under a written agreement with appropriate safeguards.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site's forms for unlawful, abusive, or automated bulk submissions.

Consultations and inquiries do not create a consulting engagement. Each engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, confidentiality, and ownership. That agreement takes precedence over anything described on this site.

Site content, copy, and design are owned by Arturo Reyes unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or republished without permission. Ownership of engagement deliverables is defined in the applicable written agreement.

Scheduling is provided through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, and virtual consultations are held on Google Meet. Use of those services is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

The site is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arturo Reyes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its general information.

These terms may be updated as services change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
