ArturoReyes.us is a professional consulting website for Arturo Reyes, LCSW. It provides information about consulting services, a consultation booking link, and a general business inquiry form.

It is not a patient portal, an electronic health record, a clinical service, or an emergency or crisis service. No clinical care is delivered through this site.

Inquiry form: name, email address, organization, role, selected area of focus, description of the problem, timing, and any optional website or context notes you choose to provide, along with your explicit consent to be contacted.

Booking: scheduling is handled by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Information you enter there (such as name, email, and any notes) is processed by Google under Google's privacy terms, and a Google Meet link is issued for virtual consultations.

Standard server request data such as IP address and browser user agent may be processed transiently by the hosting provider for security and reliability.

Please do not submit protected health information, patient or client identifiers, case details, or other confidential records through the inquiry form or the booking notes field. These channels are general business communication channels and are not designed or contracted for protected health information.

If an engagement requires handling sensitive information, that is arranged separately under a written agreement with appropriate safeguards and, where applicable, a business associate agreement.

Submitted information is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule and conduct consultations, and scope potential consulting work. It is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and it is not used to build marketing profiles.

Inquiry submissions are transmitted server-side to a Google Workspace endpoint where they are recorded for follow-up. Scheduling uses Google Calendar and Google Meet. Site hosting and delivery are handled by the site's hosting provider. These providers process data on my behalf in order to operate the site and respond to you.

Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond, evaluate fit, and maintain ordinary business records of engagements and declined requests. You may request deletion of your inquiry record at any time.

You can request a copy of the information you submitted, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Requests are handled by email reply to the address you used, or through the inquiry form.

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
